Life & Legacy Hero Signs are a unique way to celebrate and honor organ and tissue donor heroes and recipients.
Each sign is 18"x24" inches and customized with a name, connection to donation, photo, and customized message. The signs also include stakes for placing in the ground.
The signs will be printed and displayed for the 2025 Life & Legacy Celebration on June 29 in Kearney, Nebraska and available to take home following the event. If you order a hero sign and are not planning to attend the event, your sign will only be available for pick up at Live On Nebraska's offices in Omaha after June 30.
When checking out, please include the name of your donor hero or recipient and a short personalized message for your sign in the "Need to leave a note or instructions" field.
