Life & Legacy Hero Signs are a unique way to celebrate and honor organ and tissue donor heroes and recipients.
Each sign is 18"x24" inches and customized with a name, connection to donation, photo, and customized message. The signs also include stakes for placing in the ground.
The signs will be printed for and displayed at the 2026 Life & Legacy Celebration on July 26 in Kearney, Nebraska and available to take home following the event. If you order a hero sign and are not planning to attend the event, your sign will only be available for pick up at Live On Nebraska's offices in Omaha after July 27.
When checking out, please include the name of your donor hero or recipient and a short personalized message for your sign in the "Need to leave a note or instructions" field.
